Within this page, the following notions have the following meaning:
The term company refers to COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL, registered with the Bucharest Trade Register under no. J39/829/2018, sole registration code 39375154, with its registered office in FOCSANI, Str. Milcov Nr. 42, parter, Camera1, Judet Vrancea.
The term site is the website hosted at www.common.parts and all its content.
The term common.parts refers to the website www.common.parts and/or to the company COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL
The term content means all the information contained on the www.common.parts website, including but not limited to: text, images, information, design, code.
The term order is an agreement on electronic support concluded between the company COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL and the natural or legal person who fills in and completes the form for buying an object from www.common.parts website which binds the company to supply the products specified in the order and the buyer to pay them. We reserve the right to validate orders made by people over 18.
The term buyer is the natural or legal person who fills in and completes the form for the purchase of one or more objects from the www.common.parts website.
The term user is the person who uses the services of this website (viewing, accessing information, browsing, registration, service requests, etc.); the person who uses the services obtained by registering on this website.
The www.common.parts website and its content is the property of company COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL.
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the artwork, graphics, text, video and audio clips, trademarks, logos, and other content available on this website are the property of COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL or are used based on a permission.
Users can copy the content from the website to their own computer, but they are not allowed to use the copied content in order to obtain material benefits.
Article 1: Registration on the website
To place an order on common.parts you do not need to register in advance.
In order to place an order, you will need to provide us some mandatory information that must be real and true. This information is: Last name and first name, Address, County and City of domicile, as well as the address for delivery of the order, correct telephone number and an email address for receiving data about the order. If any of the information mentioned above changes, please let us know using the form on the Contact page.
Once an order is completed, a unique common.parts account will be created for you. If you notice an unauthorized use of the account, please contact us immediately.
Once the order is completed, you agree to the use of your information in accordance with the mentions of the Privacy Terms and to the delivery of orders and of the information requested by you.
Article 2: How to place an order
Because every customer is different, we have several ways in which one can place an order for products on common.parts.
We invite you to access the products presented on the website to choose what interests you. You will notice that for certain products where you need to choose a certain size you have a Size Guide that you can use.
1. By direct order from the site.

In order to place an order on common.parts you should open the Shop page on our website.

When you find what you are looking for, click on the "add to cart" button on the right.

In "My Cart" you can see all the products added to an order and when you finish shopping, you must click on the "Order completed" button.

Then you must specify the delivery and invoicing dates and payment methods.
In the end, check the filled-in data and click on the send order button. You will immediately receive an order confirmation email and you will be contacted within 24 hours by a common.parts consultant.
For the 'made to order' option available for our items please note that we will not be able to provide you with an identical copy of the prototype. We will contact you as soon as you place your custom order to present you with the available fabrics and arrangements options and to set the contractual terms of our agreement. In case you will not be satisfied with the presented options or in case we do not reach an agreement in 5 business days' time your order will be canceled and you will be partially refunded. Please see the 'Refunds' section.
2. By phone.
We are waiting for you every day from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00. at 0724540464, to place an order or for any other question.
3. By a message sent through the form on the Contact page or directly to info@common.parts
We are waiting for your messages in relation to orders or for any other questions.
We are committed to answering you within a maximum of 24 hours during the week and 48 hours during the weekend.
Product availability
In relation to all the products displayed on the website there is a mention on the status of their availability. Where Out of Stock is mentioned it means that they are no longer available as 'one of one' items on the website. But some can be made based on an order, so you can send us a message to ask us about them. If you have ordered a product from the website and it is no longer available, we will notify you by phone as soon as possible.
Article 3: How to pay for an order
In order to make your shopping more pleasant and easier, on common.parts we offer you the following payment methods to choose from:

Online with Visa or Mastercard bank card; The payment is fully secured through Wix partner Stripe, recognized for its exigency regarding the security of the payment solutions offered. Thus, the payment is made on a page redirected and secured by Stripe. The data filled in by you are safe, so common.parts does not hold, does not have access to your bank details.

By payment order (bank transfer) to the account of COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL. In case of payment of the invoice by PO, the bank commissions related to the transfer shall be borne by the payer.

Article 4: Delivery conditions
Our products are delivered directly to your home, anywhere in Europe. You will be notified by email about the delivery of the ordered products.

the delivery will be made at the address requested by the customer.

the delivery is made through transport companies with which common.parts has concluded a contract or through its own means.

the products will be delivered in the original packaging plus the common.parts special packaging. If you notice any irregularities regarding the appearance of the package received upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

Rest of the world: we do not currently ship to the rest of the world.
The products from common.parts have the prices displayed without the delivery fee. After you add the products to the shopping cart, on CART page you will see the delivery fee for the order. The delivery fee can be displayed, as the case may be, on the page of each product. The exact shipping costs will be applied to your order at checkout.
The products can also be delivered internationally. The formalities and customs duties related to customs clearance shall be borne by the customer. All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that all shipments outside the EU are subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.
Shipping tracking: You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our distribution center.
Delivery term
Once your order has been placed you will automatically receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided at checkout. The email confirmation will include your order number, order summary (including product name and size), and all other relevant order details. Once your order is placed, common.parts will need up to 1-2 business days (does not include weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed, packaged, and ready for shipment. Please note the 1-2 business days for processing does not include shipping transit times. Shipping times vary depending on the delivery address that you introduced during the time of order placement.
Custom made orders placed (via info@common.parts or directly on our website) are not subject to the above processing times. Made to order items generally will take 1-5 days for the order to be confirmed during which some email exchanges will set the terms of the contractual agreement. Than 14 days for order production, plus shipping transit times. A specific timeline will be confirmed once your custom made order has been placed and confirmed. Therefore please consider at least 14 days for us to be able to process, produce, and dispatch your order. The number of days for shipping will be calculated from the time the order is completed.

Pricing policy
The prices are set when the products are displayed on the website and are free from VAT and can be changed if the discount policy is applied. All prices are expressed in lei. We reserve the right to change prices over time.
Article 5: Return conditions
According to the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights, the Consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she will not carry out the purchase, without penalties and without claiming any reason, within 14 days from receiving the product ".
Products made by custom order or tailored to one’s size CANNOT be returned. Also, according to law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, products picked up from our headquarters are not within the range of remote trade and therefore cannot be returned.
In order to return an item and be refunded you must meet the following conditions:

All refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

All returned items must be in its original, unused, unaltered, undamaged and unwashed condition

All returned items must be returned with the original tags and packaging

All return items before being shipped back to common.parts must be pre-authorized for return in order to be accepted and processed for a refund approval

Please note that the original shipping fees are not refundable.

Fabric and sewing Disclaimers:
Our garments are made from reclaimed materials. Either fabric scraps resulting from the industrial cutting process at the clothing factories or unwanted irretrievable clothing items from friends and neighbors and other waisted fabrics are sewn together in apparent and sometimes irregular stitches. These imperfections are part of our story and are not to be considered damages. Each of our items has variations and can not be reproduced identically with respect to the type of fabrics and their exact arrangement nor to the seams irregularities.
Please note that custom made orders (made to order) are not eligible for returns, they are considered final sales except for the unlikely occurrence of defects in our production process.
Common reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address and not processed and refunded.
Return Process
You must initiate a refund request within 14 days of your Common.parts order delivery date by emailing info@common.parts with your request for a return. You must include the following order details:

At our discretion, we will determine the eligibility of your return.
If your request is confirmed eligible to return, then our team will provide you with a return authorization number. Please note the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. Below are appropriate shipping instructions to ensure your return package is return and processed as quickly as possible:

Please ensure the item is in its original condition and include all original tags and packaging

As the client is responsible for shipping charges, please choose a courier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a courier that provides package tracking and signature confirmation in order to avoid package loss. We may not be held responsible for any lost packages that are not delivered to and signed by us.

Write your Return Authorization # on the outside of the package being returned (i.e.; RA# 001)

Refunds
Once your return item is received, inspected, and confirmed acceptable, a refund will be issued on your behalf, on the same credit/debit card that was used for the original payment.
For an accepted return, you are entitled to receive a complete refund minus the original shipping fees.
For an accepted canceled order, a refund will be issued on your behalf, on the same credit/debit card that was used for the original payment. For a canceled order you are entitled to receive a complete refund minus a transaction fee of 2%.
For a canceled order regarding a 'made to order' item, a refund will be issued on your behalf, on the same credit/debit card that was used for the original payment in the amount of 90% of the paid price. 10% of the paid price is considered design consultancy on behalf of the client and is not refundable. Please note that custom made orders (made to order) are not eligible for returns, they are considered final sales except for the unlikely occurrence of defects in our production process.
You may not exercise the right of withdrawal from the types of contracts mentioned here or from other types of contracts for which the law provides express exemptions in connection with this right:

service contracts, after the complete provision of the services, if the performance started with the prior express consent of the buyer, who declares in this way that he/she has taken note of the fact that he/she will lose his/her right of withdrawal after the complete performance of the Contract by the Seller;

contracts having as object the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the buyer or customized according to his/her requests

contracts having as object the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene and which have been unsealed by the Buyer;

contracts having as object the supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other elements;

contracts in which the buyer has specifically requested the seller to travel to his/her home to perform urgent repair or maintenance work. If, on the occasion of such a visit, the seller provides other services than those expressly requested by the buyer or provides other products than the spare parts necessary for the execution of maintenance or repair work, the right of withdrawal applies to those additional services or goods.

Although we try to offer an accurate image in terms of the colour of products, the existence of a wide range of monitors may cause for some colours to be easily different from the original ones. That is why common.parts cannot guarantee that what the monitor displays respects 100% the colour of the product in reality.
If you happen to receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately!
The products delivered by own means as well as those picked up from our headquarters, according to law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, are not considered within the range of remote trade.
Our company does not assume any responsibility for the handling, return transport and does not accept the return of products that have defects resulting from these causes.
Article 6: Provisions
1. The www.common.parts website and its entire content is the exclusive property of COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL
2. common.parts will protect the privacy of customers' personal data.
3. common.parts reserves the right to limit the access of certain persons or IPs to the website and the services offered.
4. common.parts is not responsible in any way for the opinions and effects of the opinions expressed on the website by its users.
5. The entire content of the common.parts website is the property of COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL, and its copying or reproduction without the consent of COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL is prohibited under the law. All published materials (including, but not limited to, articles, information, photographs, data, audio/video clips - generically called content) are protected by the incidental legal provisions: Law no. 8/1996, as subsequently amended and supplemented- on copyright and related rights, Law no. 84/1998 – on trademarks and geographical indications and Law no. 129/1992, republished – on industrial designs. The failure to mention some legal texts or incidental provisions does not result in the inapplicability thereof.
6. The website and the Content are protected by the Romanian Copyright Law, as well as by the copyright provisions applicable in territories other than Romania. You may not copy, store, modify or transfer in any way, in whole or in part, the Website and/or the Content. Operation is free, subject to non-commerciality and compliance with the terms imposed by COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL.
7. Any form of copying, storage, modification and/or transmission of the Content is expressly prohibited, without the prior written consent of COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL.
8. COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL is not responsible for any damages, existing disputes, resulting from or arising in connection with/from the copying, storage, modification or transfer of all or part of the Content on any medium.
9. All rights reserved. Users may download and print content from this website only for personal or non-commercial use.
10. It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, recompile, decompile, distribute, publish, display, modify, create components or products or complete derivative services, as well as to exploit in any way the content of the www.common.parts website, except to display on the screen of a personal computer and to print or download, for personal and non-commercial purposes, certain documents or information explicitly designated for this purpose, provided that all elements relating to intellectual property rights, other property rights and conditions of use of those documents or information are kept unmodified.
11. The taking over of information by other websites can be done only after concluding a written agreement with COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL

- damages caused in case of following the links or banners displayed on the website, as the decision to follow these links belonging to the user.
- possible damages caused by errors, viruses contacted from the website or unauthorized access. common.parts does everything possible to reduce or eliminate these threats, but is not immune to them.
- possible interruptions of the provision of services, due to causes independent of the common.parts’ will;
- damages caused at the time or due to the use of common.parts services
13. In the event of a product displayed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical errors, etc., common.parts reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order for that product and will proceed as soon as possible to correct/eliminate that mistake.
EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY
THE WEBSITE, THE MATERIALS ON THE WEBSITE AND THE SOFTWARE, IF ANY, ARE PROVIDED AS SUCH, WITH ALL DEFECTS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL IS EXEMPT FROM LIABILITY FOR ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND PROPER QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT. IN THIS CASE, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF COMMON DESIGN LAB SRL IN RELATION TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND DISPUTES (EITHER CONTRACTUAL DAMAGES OR OUTSIDE THE CONTRACT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE) WILL IN NO CASE EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF 10 EURO.
